ABOUT MY WORK

The natural world is the starting point for my paintings - paintings that often allude to ways that memory, experience, and environment are connected.  I have had several solo exhibitions including ‘Stay’ (2015) and ‘Entangled’ (2013) at Commune.1 as well as ‘There but not there’ (2011) and ‘Flow’ (2010) at the AVA - both in Cape Town. I started exhibiting in group shows at thesefourwalls gallery. I live in Cape Town, South Africa.
